It meets ASTM F2413 protective toe and electrical hazard standards and includes a fiberglass shank for stability. The high-performance mesh lining ensures breathability, while the Ergo-Fit safety toe offers superior comfort and flexibility. A Quick Response Polyurethane foam removable insole is provided, along with an extra pair of laces. The boot is equipped with combination eyelet/hook hardware and a dual-density EVA and Carbo-Tec rubber outsole that resists heat, chemicals, abrasion, and slip. The weight per shoe is 1.30 lbs for size 8M, and it has a 2-inch heel height.
