The Pet Life "Dream Smart" Electronic Pet Bed is a Smart, Innovative and Intelligent Electronic Heating and Cooling system built-into the bed that activates at the press of a button. When 'Cooling Mode' is activated the button turns BLUE and a silently powered fan located beneath the bed begins to apply cooling ventilation through the mesh cushion. When set to ‘Heating Mode’ the button turns RED and the built-in heating nodes are activated and lightly penetrate through the ventilated mesh fabric and gently warms the cushion. Features Smart Thermal Control Technology a safety features that automatically turns off when Bed reaches a certain Warming Temperature. The Dream Smart dog bed is AC powered and features a built-in concealed zippered compartment for storage of the AC outlet unit. Buyer’s Remorse:

A product may be returned in its original un‐opened packaging within 15 days of receipt for credit. The freight will be paid by the customer/recipient. A product returned as a Buyer’s Remorse may incur a re‐stocking fee For safety reasons Items that have been filled with gas or oil cannot be returned  

Defective/Damaged/Wrong item delivered:

We require you to notify WeSave of damaged or wrong item within 48 hours of receipt and defective item within 30 days of receipt.   Truck Delivery Policy:

Damaged product or wrong item should be refused at time of delivery. Most truck deliveries need someone home to receive it. The customer is responsible to remove and inspect the items before the freight company leaves.  Products cannot be returned once delivery has been completed. If there is a problem, WeSave will work with the manufacturer to provide replacement parts.  We require you to notify WeSave within 30 days of receipt if a product is defective.  

Note: Products cannot be returned once fuel and/or oil has been added.  Please contact the manufacture directly for warranty information.

Damaged/Wrong item delivered via TRUCK:

WeSave requires you to notify us of damaged or incorrect item at time of delivery. Products cannot be returned once delivery has been completed and the product is signed for. Defective item delivered via TRUCK:

We require you to notify WeSave within 30 days of receipt of a product is defective.  

Non‐Delivery:

WeSave requires you to make a claim within 21 days if an item was not delivered.   The Following Items CANNOT be returned:

Food – Food items cannot be returned Apple Products – Cannot be returned Jewelry‐ Earrings cannot be returned Gas or Oil‐ Items that have been filled with gas or oil cannot be returned
