  • How do I change or cancel my order?

  • How can I track my package?
    • You should receive an email with the tracking information directly from the merchant. If you haven't received an email within 2-business days, please contact WeSave Customer Service by sending us an email at help@wesave.com.
  • I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.
    • You should receive an email confirmation directly from the merchant.  If you haven't received an email within 2-business days, please contact WeSave Customer Service by sending us an email at help@wesave.com.
  • What if my item arrives damaged?
    • If you have an issue with a damaged product, please contact WeSave Customer Service by sending us an email at help@wesave.com.
  • My card was charged, but I didn't place an order.
    • For suspected errors or unauthorized transactions, WeSave will investigate it within 14 business days of notice. We will get back with you in 3 business days with results of our investigation.
  • What is the return policy?
  • Can I order items from different merchants?
    • You can order from different merchants; however, you will be charged by each merchant separately.
  • What levels of membership you offer?
    • Currently, WeSave offers a Basic level of Membership Services that include incentives and loyalty programs. Our Basic Membership is FREE. With it you can enjoy shopping from thousands of Sellers representing millions of products and earn 2% Cash-Back Rewards. The Membership Service includes incentive and loyalty programs such as Cash-Back Rewards on qualified transactions
  • How do I become a member?
    • Becoming a member is easy and rewarding.  Simply complete the registration form with your name, email address, phone number, create a password and accept these Membership Terms.  The system will automatically set you up a new WeSave “Member Account”. When you register, we will require you to have a valid email address and password to login (referred to as your “Credentials”).
    • Once you agree to the Membership Terms and complete the prescribed registration procedure, the Membership Terms form a binding agreement between you and WeSave (hereinafter the “Agreement”), and you will be granted a WeSave membership in our shopping club
  • How do I refer a friend?
    • When you register as a member, you will have access to your own online, password-protected Member Dashboard. The Member Dashboard is your doorway to information, savings, and rewards. You can track all your qualified purchases and check the balance of the Cash-Back Rewards you have earned or been awarded. See our Cash-Back Rewards Policies. You can also access notifications, edit your Member Profile, and refer your friends and family. See our Refer-a-Friend Policies.
    • Member referrals are credited to whoever registers them first. Member registrations are automatically approved provided that a potential member has not previously registered for a WeSave Membership using the same login Credentials. In the event a referral of a potential member is disputed among one or more referrers, finders, or other persons, WeSave alone shall determine which party will be credited with the member referral without incurring any liability to the non-selected parties
  • What is the WeSave privacy Policy?
    • The use of the WeSave website is governed by the Site’s Terms of Use. Your privacy concerns are governed by the WeSave Privacy Policy. WeSave handles the personal information it receives from Members with regard to their use of the Membership Service appropriately and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
    • These agreements and the terms therein are subject to change at any time and in our sole discretion. You are encouraged to review the agreements and terms when using the Services and making purchases.
  • Can I cancel my membership?
    • You may cancel your WeSave Membership and terminate this Agreement at any time by emailing us at help@wesave.com or by simply clicking on the Chat feature and request that our Customer Service personnel deactivate your Account. 
    • If you cancel your membership, or if this Agreement becomes terminated for any reason, you will no longer be able to use your Account or the Membership Service. Thereafter, you will lose all membership rights related to the Membership Service, except where the WeSave decides otherwise in regard to any particular service. Accordingly, you will no longer be able to make any claims against WeSave, except where there is any cause attributable to WeSave. However, any outstanding amounts you owe to WeSave prior to termination shall continue to be payable, and you agree to fulfill such payment obligations to WeSave immediately after termination, except where the WeSave decides otherwise in regard to any particular service.
    • Upon Account deactivation, we will close your Account and cancel any pending transactions, and you will forfeit any WeSave Cash-Back Reward balances associated with your Account, unless otherwise legally prohibited or unless WeSave decides otherwise in some circumstances. You will remain liable for all obligations related to your Account even after the Account is closed.  If you choose to re-enroll as a member, then you will come in as a “new” member provided you use a different email account, and all previous referrals of friends or Sellers will not be associated with your new Account.
  • What if there is Unauthorized activity with my account?
    • You should immediately notify WeSave if you believe there has been unauthorized activity or any error on your Account, if your password has been lost or stolen or if your mobile device has been lost or stolen. For Errors or Unauthorized Transactions, you may send us an email at help@wesave.com. If you email or chat with us, please provide the following information: a) your name and email address registered to your Account, b) a description of any suspected errors with transactions and an explanation as to why you believe the transaction is incorrect or why you need more information to identify the transaction, and c) the dollar amount of any suspected Error or Unauthorized Transaction.
    • After you notify us of any suspected Error or Unauthorized Transaction, or we otherwise learn of one, we will conduct an investigation to determine whether there has been an Error or Unauthorized Transaction that is eligible for refund. We will complete our investigation within 14 Days of the date we received your notification of the suspected Error or Unauthorized Transaction. In certain circumstances, we may need additional time to complete our investigation. If we determine that we need more time to complete our investigation, we may authorize you to create a separate account for use while the investigation is under way. We will inform you of our decision within 3 Business Days after completing our investigation.
    • We will rectify any processing error that we discover. If the error results in awarding you less Cash-Back Rewards than the correct amount into your Account, WeSave will credit your Account for the difference. If the error results in your receipt of more WeSave Cash-Back Rewards than the correct amount to which you are entitled, WeSave will debit the extra rewards from your Account.
    • WeSave may make changes or modifications to all or part of the Membership Service or discontinue the Membership Service.  In cases described in the preceding sentence, WeSave will provide information to Members at an appropriate time, using an appropriate method, taking into consideration the effect thereof and the operational status of the Membership Service.
    • Upon the occurrence of any of the following events, WeSave may temporarily suspend its provision of the Membership Service, either in whole or in part, without prior notice:
      • A scheduled or emergency maintenance operation is conducted on WeSave’s systems.
      • A system overload occurs, either due to high traffic or otherwise.
      • WeSave deems it necessary in order to protect the security of WeSave, the Group, or a third party.
      • The provision of the Membership Service becomes impossible due to causes beyond WeSave’s reasonable control, such as a communication line interruption, natural disaster, fire, power outage or any other unexpected accident, war, conflict, riot, act of terrorism or strike; or
      • Other circumstances under which WeSave reasonably deems service suspension to be necessary, taking into consideration the status of each Membership Service.
    • WeSave shall not be liable for damage or losses that you may incur due to an action that WeSave takes in accordance with this Article, except where there is any cause attributable to WeSave.
  • What if I have a dispute with a merchant?
    • You and WeSave agree that any claim or dispute at law or equity that has arisen or may arise between us will be resolved in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Article with WeSave. Please read this Article carefully. It affects your rights and will impact how claims you and we have against each other are resolved.
    • Please, Contact WeSave First. If a dispute arises between you and WeSave or one of our affiliates, please contact WeSave to try to resolve your dispute. Our goal is to learn about and address your concerns and, if we are unable to do so to your satisfaction, to provide you with a neutral and cost-effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Disputes between you and WeSave regarding the WeSave Services may be reported to Customer Service by sending us an email at help@wesave.com.
  • What information does WeSave Collect?
    • Personally Identifiable Information -This refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are. Personal information is requested in many ways, for example, when you register and set up an Account, post on the WeSave Site and Apps, utilize a feature or service, register a payment  card, fill out surveys, and send us feedback. For example, this information might include your name, billing address, shipping address, Face Book ID, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card or other payment information, and product details. With this information, WeSave can better provide you with personalized services. For some third-party services, we may collect your personal information on behalf of these service providers and share it with them.
    • Non-Personally Identifiable Information - This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather certain information about you based upon where you visit on, and how you use our Site in several ways. This information is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis. For example, this information may include gender, geographic location, genres, categories and Sellers you interact with, the Web site's Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") that you just came from, which URL you next go to, what browser you are using, cookies, device information, your Internet Protocol ("IP") address and NPII third party information passed to us from your third party registration on WeSave (e.g., from Face Book login when applicable). On an aggregated basis, we collect anonymous data related to the pages, posts, communications, products, features, uploads, downloads, and other content that is sampled, clicked on, streamed, searched for, transferred, uploaded, and downloaded. When content on WeSave is shared into social media, that content may be tagged and tracked in social media the social media site may pass back certain information such as likes, shares, comments, and other interactions that such content receives within the social media network. Except as otherwise limited in this Privacy Policy, we may disclose, share, sell, trade, or rent Non-Personally Identifiable Information to others without your consent.
  • Where does WeSave collect information from me and how do they use it?
    • Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide WeSave's visitors and Members with a superior customized experience. We use the customer contact information in many ways, including without limitation to communicate with customers, to inform them of their status, to send promotional information, and to enhance the operation of our Site and Apps and administer our systems. Demographic data also may be collected at our Site and Apps from third party log-in services, advertising servers, content servers, or web site analysis agents who provide us with the zip code and area code associated with a visitor's server, along with pages viewed on our Site and/or Apps. We review the actions of the WeSave visitors and Members to determine customers' preferences. WeSave also does research on our visitors' and Members’ demographics, postings, interests, and pages viewed based on the information provided to us during content uploading, posting comments and reviews, a promotion, from our server log files, from our Site and Apps analysis agents, or from drawings, postings or surveys. We will use this data to tailor the visitor's experience at our Site and Apps, to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyze Site and App use, to improve our product and services offerings, and to customize our Site's and Apps’ content, layout, and services. We receive reports from third party ad servers, content servers, or website and app analysis agents that tells us how many ads were presented and clicked upon or what content was served or viewed. We may also share your personally identifiable information with third parties who provide services to us, our customers and website visitors. Those third parties include authorized contractors, temporary employees and consultants and other companies working with us (collectively, "agents"). Where we believe it to be appropriate (in our sole discretion), we will ask our agents not to disclose or use your personal information for purposes other than to provide services to you or WeSave. We gather information in the following ways:
    • Use of the Site, Apps and Services Generally - We collect IP addresses, cookies and device and usage for the purposes of system administration, and gather broad demographic information, to enable ads to be served on our Site and Apps and generally to report Non-Personally Identifiable Information to our advertisers and Seller on WeSave whose storefront you have visited, and to monitor the level of activity on our Site and Apps. We collect information from visitors to our Site and Apps regarding the URLs they came from, domain types, their IP addresses cookies and device information, all geographic and demographic information, the date and time of their visit or various use, the number of visits and various uses, the number of visits per session, the server type, the operating system and browser type used to come to the Site and Apps, the country, state and telephone area code where their servers are located, the pages and page titles of our Site and Apps that visitors viewed during their visit, whether the visitor's computer is enabled for Java or cookies, browser language, applications and plug-ins, and any search terms entered on our Site and Apps. We also track customers' traffic patterns throughout their session, including which pages, information, and advertisements a customer views while using the Site and Apps, content posting, communications and all other use of the Site and Apps. We also use your IP address to diagnose problems with our servers, software, to administer our Site and Apps and to gather demographic information. We may share aggregated statistics about pages viewed on our Site and Apps, sales and other shopping information with third parties.
    • Uploading Content - We track all aspects of the upload process to provide us with information to monitor and improve our uploading process. This information includes the file name, attributes, and contents of the uploaded file.
    • Action Tags/Web Beacons - We may use and allow others to use action tags or web beacons in the operation of our Site and Apps. All of the foregoing Non-Personally Identifiable Information is shared with Sellers on WeSave with respect to your visits on their storefronts, and Personally Identifiable Information may be transferred to a Seller based on your agreement to share such information when engaging in a transaction with a Seller.
  • Who is collecting my information?
    • Ad Servers and Content Servers - We may use third party ad servers or content servers to serve ads, product information, or other information both on and off our Site and Apps. Those third parties may use "action tags" or web beacons throughout the Site and/or Apps to count the number of visitors who click on a banner ad or other information and to track the number of customers who continue on to make a purchase. They may also place their own "cookie" on your computer to help those ads to run and analyze Site and App usage. We do not provide them with any of your Personally Identifiable Information.     • Image Servers - We may use a third-party image serving company to serve the graphics that visitors see on our Site and Apps more quickly. They collect a visitor's IP address and the URLs of any graphics viewed and the date and time of the visit. However, they do not collect, and we do not provide them with any Personally Identifiable Information. They may also use a "cookie."
    • Email Services - We may use a third-party service provider to send promotional and other e-mails to customers. Images contained in the email may be served by the third party. They collect certain information about you such as your IP address, browser type, your operating system, the country and server your computer is logged onto, where the servers that your computer is logged onto is located, the time and date that a particular email was viewed, the area code and zip code associated with your server, and whether you responded to a particular ad or email, products viewed and whether you continued on to make a purchase. They may use a "cookie" or "action tags."
    • Website and App Analysis Agent - We may contract with several online partners to help manage and optimize our Internet business and marketing. We use the services of marketing companies to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and how visitors use our Site and Apps. To do this, we use Action Tags and cookies provided by the marketing companies on this Site and Apps. The type of information we collect includes things such as pages, information and advertisements viewed as well as what items are placed in a shopping basket or purchased, the order number, the amount of a purchase, the product number and the quantity purchased. By supplementing our records, this information helps us learn things like what kinds of customers our Site and Apps attract, which of our products most interest our customers, and what kinds of offers our customers like to see. Although the marketing companies log the information coming from our Site and Apps on our behalf, we control how that data may and may not be used.     • Financing Services – When applicable, we may use a third-party bank to provide a credit card and financing to customers who desire it. The bank collects personally identifiable information to provide their financing services.
    • General Provision of Services and Site Operations - We contract with third-party service providers to operate many of our Site and App functions. We may provide such third-party service providers with your other personal information as needed to operate many of our Site and App functions.
    • Links and Banner Ads to Third-Party Sites - Please be aware that our Site and Apps contain links to sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. The information practices of those websites linking from or to our Site or App are not covered by this Privacy Policy. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information. Additionally, other companies or ad servers, which place advertising on our Site and Apps may collect information about you through the use of cookies when you view or click on their advertising. We cannot control this collection of information. You should contact advertisers directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.
  • Who do you share my information with?
    • Other WeSave Members and Site Visitors - Your profile information and all postings (which may include your content and your name and any other information you post or allow to be shared with other Members and visitors) are displayed to people in order to facilitate user interaction. PLEASE SEE THE TERMS OF USE FOR MORE INFORMATION REGARDING WHEN AND WHAT INFORMATION AND CONTENT IS AUTOMATICALLY DISPLAYED TO VISITORS AND WESAVE MEMBERS. In addition, email addresses are used for the purposes of inviting new friends to join WeSave, to add users to members' friends' networks, and to send notifications related to the Service. To facilitate searching and finding friends and Members with similar interests on the Service, WeSave may allow users to search for other Members using screen names, email addresses and first and last name. Please be aware that whenever you voluntarily post information, that information can be accessed by the public and can in turn be used by those people to send you unsolicited communications.
    • Invitations and Other Communications to Non-Members - You can invite friends to join the Service by sending invitation emails via our automated invitation system. WeSave stores the email addresses that you provide so that the respondents may be added to the friend's list of the Member sending the invitations, and also to send reminders of the initial invitation you send. WeSave does not sell or rent these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations, and invitation reminders.
    • Sellers on WeSave - All Non-Personally Identifiable Information associated with your visits and use of a Sellers’ storefront is shared with Sellers on WeSave, and Personally Identifiable Information may be transferred to a Seller based on your agreement to share such information when uploading or engaging within the Site and/or Apps.
    • Payment Processing - We will disclose your Personally Identifiable Information to third party payment processors to facilitate your purchases on the Site and/or Apps.
    • Other Parties Generally - We may provide Non-Personally Identifiable Information about our customers to third parties, including aggregated statistical information which does not include any Personally Identifiable Information. We may release account information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to enforce or apply our Terms of Use or to protect the rights, property, and safety of WeSave, our members, visitors, or others. If customers do not pay us for products/services ordered, we may submit their account information to a third-party collection agency.
    • Data Analysis Agents - The information collected by or for WeSave may be provided to an outside company for the purpose of analysis. That analysis is to help us to improve our Site and/or Apps and feature selection, and to notify you of special offers that may be of interest to you. That data analysis agent may not share any Personally Identifiable Information with others or use it for any other purpose than to help WeSave.
    • Ad & Content Servers, Advertisers, Image Servers and Website & App Analysis Agents - These third parties use their cookies' identification numbers and internal website and app tracking features to serve ads on our Site and/or Apps and to collect aggregated information to create statistics about our customers and visitors, traffic patterns, and related Site and App information. In the event that our ad servers collect any Personally Identifiable Information on our behalf, it will not be used by them or disclosed to any third parties.     • Compliance with Service of Process or Law Enforcement - Occasionally WeSave may be asked by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation, without notice to you. WeSave fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we believe to be unlawful.
    • Sale of the Company or Assets - WeSave and its affiliated companies each reserve the right to disclose and transfer your Personally Identifiable Information in the event that any such company is sold, in whole or in part, either as an entire corporate entity or through an asset sale that includes a customer information database. This right is reserved whether or not the customer database is sold independently of any continuing operations of such company.
  • How can I update / correct my Personally Identifiable Information?
    • We believe you should have the ability to access and edit the personal information that you have provided to us. You may modify any of your personal information in your Member Account online Dashboard at any time, provided that any such edits are fully accurate.   • What security precautions are in place to protect my information?
    • We take steps to help protect the confidentiality and security of personal information you share with us through our Site and mobile Apps. In general, information transmitted through the Internet may not be perfectly secure, and we are unable to guarantee the security of your personal information.
    • We encourage you to take steps to help protect the confidentiality and security of your Account and personal information, including by doing the following:
      • Reviewing your Account periodically and immediately reporting any unexpected activity or unrecognized information.
      • Installing the latest security updates and anti-virus software on your computer to help prevent malware and viruses.
      • Using complex passwords.
      • Not using the same password on more than one account.
      • Not sharing your password with others.
      • Password protecting your computer and mobile device; and
      • Signing out/logging off website sessions so that your session is closed, especially when using a public computer
  • What is WeSave policy on children’s information?
    • Our policy is that we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personally Identifiable Information about visitors under 13 years of age. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 13 years of age and believe that they have disclosed personally identifiable information to us, please contact us at info@WeSave.com so that we may delete the child's information.
  • Does WeSave use third-party cookies and action tags?
    • WeSave Cookies: When you use our Site and Apps. we will store cookies on your computer and/or phone in order to facilitate and customize your use of our Site, the Apps and to facilitate attribution tracking for various rewards and features. Our cookies store things like randomly assigned user identification numbers, the country where you are located, and your name and profile image location to welcome you back to our Site and Apps and to facilitate attribution tracking as described.   • What is a “Qualified Transaction”?
    • “Qualified Transactions” refers to a purchase transaction by a WeSave Member at a WeSave Merchant that that has agreed to pay a Coalition Marketing Fee to WeSave for referring customers to said Merchant. 
  • What are Featured Vendors?
    • Featured vendors are merchants that WeSave has negotiated special deals to offer our members greater savings when they purchase on their site.
  • Can I opt-out of marketing email communications?
    • Yes.  To opt-out of special marketing emails, please email us at help@wesave.com
  • I found an inactive / "Dead" link
    • Unfortunately, we have noticed some links that don't work or are a "Dead Link".  If you encounter a "Dead Link" please place a trouble ticket or let us know in the chat system Thank You. The WeSave team
  • I Did Not Receive My Order
    • You should receive an email with the tracking information directly from the merchant.  If you haven't received an email within 2-business day, please contact WeSave Customer Service by sending us an email at help@wesave.com.
    • If you placed the order more than 1-week ago, please email WeSave Customer Service at help@wesave.com with the following information:
      • The merchant you placed the order with
      • The Item you purchased
      • The tracking information from your confirmation email

 

  • Do I get 2% cash back on everything?
    • You get 2% cash back on the purchase price of tangible items.
    • Excluded items include
      • Gift Certificates
      • Sales / Use Tax
      • Shipping
      • Travel
      • Memberships
  • If I cancel my membership, do I lose my stored Cash Back?
    • Upon Account deactivation, we will close your Account and cancel any pending transactions and send you any WeSave Cash-Back Reward balances associated with your Account. If for some reason we are unable to credit you any balance due, then such balances will be set aside subject to state escheatment laws or as otherwise legally determined by WeSave.  
  • What if I navigate away from a referral link?
    • Referral links are extremely important.  They track how much you spent so you get your cash back.  If you close your referral window and navigate back from a browser, there is a good possibility your purchase will not be recorded, and you will not get your cash back
    • If you are unsure if you used an “Official” WeSave referral link, WeSave highly recommends clicking on the link on the WeSave site.
  • How Do I Reset My Password?

  • Can I Login to My Vendor Account From the Affiliate Link?
    • Yes, you can login under the merchant’s site for example: If you have a Target account, you can logged in with your Target account and get your cash back along with any merchant incentives.
  • When Will Local Merchants Be Online?
    • WeSave is hard at work expanding our eCommerce platform to add local
      merchants.  We plan to launch our local merchant system by the 2nd Quarter of 2022
  • State Employee: Is This Site For State Workers Who Get Discounts?
    • Yes, you have been enrolled through your state workers program.
  • State Employee: How does it work? Do I have to sign up and create an account?
    • You should have received an email that had your username and a temp password. You need to press on the link and update your password and then feel free to shop and receive 2% cash back on your purchases through the sites you purchase with.

      •  3) Scroll down to your affiliate link and click to copy
      •  4) Paste your affiliate link into an email to your friends
