Wireless Charging Wireless charging requires Qi (wireless charging) compatible devices. We strongly recommend using the AC Power Adapter included in the box for faster charging. Once connected to a power outlet place the device directly on the charging pad. When centered correctly a solid blue light will turn on indicating that the charging has started. A flashing blue light warns that the foreign object detection (FOD) function is activated and the device needs to be re-centered. When the device is fully charged a green light will turn on.Please note, that devices might become hot while charging as a normal part of any wireless induction. While the blue light will be on, the charging might temporarily pause for few minutes to let the phone cool down and automatically resume when the optimal temperature is reached. Return Policy
Buyer’s Remorse:
A product may be returned in its original un‐opened packaging within 15 days of receipt for credit. The freight will be paid by the customer/recipient.
A product returned as a Buyer’s Remorse may incur a re‐stocking fee
For safety reasons Items that have been filled with gas or oil cannot be returned
Defective/Damaged/Wrong item delivered:
We require you to notify WeSave of damaged or wrong item within 48 hours of receipt and defective item within 30 days of receipt.
Truck Delivery Policy:
Damaged product or wrong item should be refused at time of delivery. Most truck deliveries need someone home to receive it. The customer is responsible to remove and inspect the items before the freight company leaves. Products cannot be returned once delivery has been completed. If there is a problem, WeSave will work with the manufacturer to provide replacement parts. We require you to notify WeSave within 30 days of receipt if a product is defective.
Note: Products cannot be returned once fuel and/or oil has been added. Please contact the manufacture directly for warranty information.
Damaged/Wrong item delivered via TRUCK:
WeSave requires you to notify us of damaged or incorrect item at time of delivery. Products cannot be returned once delivery has been completed and the product is signed for.
Defective item delivered via TRUCK:
We require you to notify WeSave within 30 days of receipt of a product is defective.
Non‐Delivery:
WeSave requires you to make a claim within 21 days if an item was not delivered.
